What is Grow With Me?
Grow With Me supports families with children ages 3–5 by building on family strengths and community partnerships to connect them with developmental screenings, early learning opportunities, and local resources. Through a coordinated, trauma‑informed referral system, Grow With Me serves as a trusted bridge between families, schools, and community providers—helping children and caregivers feel supported and prepared as they transition into preschool and kindergarten.
